It would help if we new the model number. Majestics are build for the RV rental industry in plant 650 along with the Chateau. I would assume on the same production line. Since the Majestics are not produced for dealers, many of the items and details are not on the Thor Customer Care data base but are only known to the rental agency unless, they are common to the Chateau models. There is a 27 foot Majestic parked next to me and I be glad to ask the owner your questions if you have the same model.
