After reading a lot of the posts and reviews is seems to me that there are a lot of unhappy Thor Motor Coach owners. My concern as a guy who has a deposit on a 2021 Thor Motor Coach Quantum Sprinter KM24 purchasing from Motor Home Specialist in Texas set to be delivered in late October. We chose the Quantum Sprinter because we have friends that purchased a used 2018 Quantum Sprinter and we liked the 24 ft floor plan and the better mileage that the Sprinter offers, they seem to be happy with it as well.

I did a lot of searching for a similar RV through our local dealers and RV trader and could not find any near our home. When I ran across one with the floor plan we wanted on the Sprinter chassis it had a great price and was new so we called and yes it just sold, but they had one just like it on order so we decided to go for it. MHS was happy to take my non refundable deposit. Then as I started to dig into the features of the Mercedes Sprinter manual I discovered that many of the safety features of the Sprinter were not included in ours, long story short I thought maybe I should upgrade to a Tiburon for another 12k but our salesman through a monkey wrench in that idea saying that I would still lose my deposit, even though I wanted to buy a "better" one from them. I thought about going to the sales manager to see if I could work a deal but my wife convinced me we should just move forward with this one. Then I made the mistake to start reading reviews about Thors and the reviews make me think we're blowing 100k on what a lot of people seem to think they suck, and because MHS wouldn't work with me on buying a "better" one that the dealer sucks too. So my question is, are there any HAPPY Thor Motor Coach class C owners out there?

Do you know what you want? The Tiburon is another Thor Class C on a MB chassis.

Maybe you should walk away and determine what you want before you buy anything.

As to Thor in general, for every disgruntled owner posting anywhere there are 50 or more satisfied owners posting nowhere.
