Speaking from my perspective My first purchase was Winnebago ERA Class B back in 2015. It was a brand new 2016 model and I was the first owner. I too went with the name Winnebago. That was my mistake. Build quality was terrible. Everything you hear about from new owners was true for me. It was a very frustrating time. Moving forward to 2018, I traded it in for a brand new Thor Class C. It was night and day. The Thor had very minor issues as compared to the Winnebago. A big factor was also finding the right dealership. The first dealership was extremely difficult to deal with. Now I have a good dealership that understands me and I understand them. It makes a world of difference.
