No where in the Dexter sheets you sent does it say what the fill procedure is. Tells you what oil to use and how to apply grease to a bearing, but not oil.. And we are not talking 9k plus axles. I'll take a picture of mine without a fill line tomorrow. Had 5 before this one that did not have it either.
As a non owner how much do you really know about DRV's?
