Axles are axles in the same category
Depends how you define axle.

DRV Tradition and Aire use typical RV axles like you had on your landmark.

DRV Mobile and Elite Suites and optional on Fullhouse use disc brakes, hub/rotor on a spindle, welded to beam, bolted to a pair of shear springs, bolted to a torque bracket which is welded to a journal bar.

A left and right assembly as above are then welded to cross bars which in turn are welded/bolted to the trailer frame.

Or simply put, DRV Suites use MOR/ryde IS and Kodiak disc brakes as a standard feature.
