Switching noise in engine compartment

Any ideas what might be causing this noise? Happens when the engine is turned off, running, plugged into shore power, running on the generator, and running on batteries.

The rig is a 2020 Thor Quantum GR22 on a Chevy platform. I do live in it full time, not sure if that makes a difference.

Posted video clip on YouTube.

Thanks in advance for any help,

Tyler
