It is a fairly easy install. The back is already removed from the chair and it all fits thru a 22" door. I removed the jacknife sofa and removed the seat belts. I then added 3 1/2 inches to the front edge of the slide to have enough depth for the new chairs using a 2x4 joined it to the slide with 6 metal straps. I then covered the slide with black carpet and installed the new recliners plus outer two belts. I fastened the chairs down with a couple of homemade brackets-they do not need much to stay in place. I don't feel you really need an RV tech to do this, just a handy person (you or a friend) or a paid handyman should be able to accomplish it. The whole job will take about 4 hours or so.
Nearly a year later, we are still happy with them and they are a huge improvement over the sofa. I would rate the quality as good, but it won't compare with fine home furniture!

You wouldn't happen to have pic's of your install would you? We're looking at recpro vs shop4seats but we'd need to add an extension for recpro.
