Just make sure you drain your FW tank so the water level is below pump level otherwise you will have a mess. If the water is above pump level then the head pressure in the FW tank will push water out of the tank - that gravity thing. And, if you are really lucky it might create a siphon and pull a lot of water out. My assistant brewer goes home at least twice a week with wet shoes because he forgets about gravity.
