Care and Maintenance:
Every aspect of the RV is fully functioning
Exterior surfaces have always been cleaned virtually every week
The black and grey tanks have always been sanitized and flushed every two months
The hot water tank has always been flushed every three months, the heating element and thermostat were replaced in November 2018, and the anode rod has been replaced as necessary
The triple-axle oil bath hubs were drained and refilled every 5,000 miles
The coach batteries were maintained monthly (water added to cells and posts cleaned) and specific gravity readings are currently very good
The toilet flush ball and seals were replaced in July 2019
A water softener has always been used to protect the plumbing system

Full Disclosure:
The RV has been towed 30,000 miles
The RV still has its original tires, and they should be replaced because of age (even though they have always been covered and still look good)
The bedroom Schwintek slideout mechanism was problematic, from the factory, because the cutout was not square. The cutout was professionally squared up, in September 2015, and the slideout has worked flawlessly since that time.
There was a slow leak, at the fixtures leading to the washing machine, that resulted in water damage to the slideout floor below the washer and dryer. The fixtures were repaired and the damaged wood was removed and replaced.
