Thanks to Covid19 I've completed
a lot of projects I've been avoiding.
Last week this one made it to the top of the list.
Only one product has worked for me, BUT I can't find it.
EXTREME CLEANER by Happy Campers - RV & Marine Extreme Tank & Sensor Cleaner
And one tool.
Very limited success with the built in system, uses too much time and water and will lose the battle.
Limited success with the tool down the commode if used
often but it will also eventually fail.
This time I went with the "what ever it takes" method
Got my 5gal bucket, hazmat suit covid mask unhooked the slinky hose, hooked the house water hose to the tool opened the dump valve and pushed it up and into the tank.
I was really surprised
at how much paper (and stuff) came out
!
The 5gal bucket needed to be emptied a couple
of times.
I dumped it in the house sewer clean out... lots of fun, smell not bad, so we do get something for ALL those chemicals

Good news
it worked 
First time the black tank has shown empty in over 2 years.
