2017 29.4 Heated Tanks

I have a 2017 29.4 it is listed to have Heated Tanks. I have 12v fuse that is listed as "tank heaters". I used to own a 27.1 that had heated tanks and waterlines which were heated with ductwork from the furnace. I have a few questions re the 29.4

Does this rig have heating pads or ductwork, I don't see any duct work?
If they are heating pads how do I turn them on?
If they are heating pads and I am in temps below freezing how do I keep my water lines from freezing?
I am concerned about this because we love to camp in upstate New York for a week at a time in the winter. Thanks.
