I have a 37FH as well. In fact, it is even the same color as yours...(thumbs up).
The screws on my handrail also came loose but I was able to tighten them without issues. I had saw dust on my floor too, but they came up from the vent when I turned on the heater.
I love my 37FH and I think you will enjoy it as well...once you get some of the kinks out. That's part of RVing...haha.
