I don't see any Hyundais in the 2020 Dinghy Towing Guide. I assume the "Roadmaster Towing System" is just the tow bar and you already owned the Hyundai and want to tow it? To flat tow any vehicle it has to be approved to be flat towed by the vehicle manufacturer and have a baseplate installed to attach to the tow bar as well as a lighting system and brake system. The tow bar is just one part of a full system.
