Furnace ductwork

Since it is starting to get cold, I decided to look over the furnace in my 2020 29m. As some of you have experienced, one of my duct lines wasn't even connected and two others have holes. One of those was easy enough to fix as they left plenty of line and I just trimmed off the excess along with the tear. However, the long line that runs from the end of the couch has several holes. Does anyone know if I can replace the ducting with some gas dryer vent pipe? The accordian like stuff, not the hard pipe. Alternatively, can I use aluminum foil tape on the existing ducting? I really don't want to try and run the same stuff as I am sure it will rip also and I really don't want to start a fire. Thanks.
