I used 7 qts of fully synthetic oil and a genuine Ford Motorcraft oil filter and is it cost me $30 to do myself.
As a bonus, it looks like I will not have the annoying oil change reminders; so nothing to reset which means no grease monkey fingers on the my steering wheel trying to push buttons to reset the computer.
