We have a 2016 Four Winds 31W and have had it since November. We have camped in it thee separate times and it is back again to the dealer to get fixed. Other then the heater not working, the slide not coming all the way out, the black tank flush not working and the awning rolling the wrong way. We love the coach. It is going back to the dealer because they said everything was working and since we were in a hurry to get to the camping ground I did not check their work. It was not fixed and thus the reason for the return. They also left all the screws out of the outside heater door and I guess I was lucky I did not loose it on the trip. They also ran down the tank and still did not fix the heater. when I called they said they were booked up and that it may take a week or so to get it straightened out. I had a come to meeting with the service manager and did not hold back on my unhappiness. Guess someone else is going to be late getting their coach back because mine got fixed in two days. Praise the Lord! I also told them when I come to take it home this time I want it hooked up to the sewer so I can check the black tank flush, make sure the heater comes out of all the vents, the awning rolls the correct way and the inside panels that were removed and left on the bed were back.
We really do love the coach and look forward to our week at the beach in another week. We are getting ready to attach a toad to the coach and it is a Smart Car. Now I have a smart phone and a smart car, WHO is going to teach me how to work these things?
