Your 27K should be just like our ACE 271.
The FW tank drain is at the bottom of the water tank accessible by removing the screened enclosure below the rear most wardrobe.
The water heater valves are accessible by removing the drawers below the center vanity in the bedroom and a plywood panel below the bottom drawer held in by two screws.
I've attached a picture looking through that access panel to the water heater. You can follow the hoses on the tight down to the valves.
