I fired up my new jet - flo macerator today to verify it works. I used one of the RVs House batteries and filled the bowl with water just to hear and see it run.

I did so; because it may be awhile before permanent install because I plan to take RV back to Dealer tomorrow for my last run of getting warranty items checked.

But here is my 12vdc power plan.

1. I ordered 12 gauge wire as I will wire directly from the Genset's positive post from battery to the inside of the Wet Bay compartment (12 feet total)

2. I will not try the battery charger even for a test.

3. When I ran today, it did not blow a fuse. but I will keep the impeller clean and moist before using. Screwdriver to turn is easy safeguard as well

4. I also intend to add a 1/2" Drain plug in the bottom of my wetbay so when i rinse out in future water can drain
