I have a 2015 Challenger 37ND with the Whirlpool residential refrigerator and a Xantrex 1800 watt inverter. With the inverter turned on, the engine not running and the shore power disconnected the inverter powers the fridge and televisions. The inverter powers these items regardless of the position of the use/store switch.
Have you actually tried or are you going by what the tech is saying?
