On our FE22, the bathroom fan was wired to the light switch and the light was wired hot (on all the time). I didn't want to spend a couple of months for warranty service on that, so I fixed it myself. I found the wiring connections behind the fan trim cover, and wired the light to the switch and the fan (which has its own switch) to the hot 12V. This was among many other things I fixed for the same reason on our new camper.
