Some of what you wrote doesn't seem to apply to my jacks.
This is what I've done over the last few weeks:
Checked all fuses
Manual says:
Inline Fuse under dash, but
nothing there.
Nothing in battery
compartment.
Can't find reset.
12 Volt to pump.
Way past frustrated!
The Jack's are Power Gear brand.
