The jack control panel is powered by the chassis battery under the hood. Just behind or beside the chassis battery will be a 100 amp DC circuit breaker. This is the battery power for all Thor MC equipment in the front cab (exceptions are the radio and power ports). Below the drivers left foot (at least on the plant 750 coaches) will he the coach's supplementary fuse and relay board. You have a plant 850 coach so it can be different as each plant has its own engineering staff. Anyway the fuse for the jack control panel (but not the jack motor) is in that circuit board as is the two relays powered by the circuit board. The reason it is wired this way is so the emergency retraction system will work even though the store/use (master power) is in store/off.
