Thanks to the recent mild weather I found the leak! The grey water elbow froze and cracked. Parts ordered from eBay and Lowes.

There was water in the elbow just before the valve that the RV antifreeze did not mix with. First time this has occurred to me. Will pull the valve next year a little to ensure antifreeze makes it all the way down to the valve.

Notice the offset from the cabinet drain - THOR craftsmanship at its finest right there!
