dying new chassis battery

Have Thor 2016 vegas. If sets up for 8-10days, chassis battery will drain and not start. RV plugged into shore power. have replaced chassis battery but no help. Appears something is not cutting off and slowly draining battery. Any ideas on how to determine what it is?

Also don't fully understand ignition switch. When stopping engine, goes to position zero (only reference). key can be removed. Can turn switch counter clockwise. Can see nothing happens, Turning clockwise, can feel stop at position 1 and 2 (nothing happens) turn to position 3 dash lights come on. Position 4 engine cranks and key returns to position 3. What happens when I'm in position 1 and 2. Key can not be remove.
