Several years ago, we found a full roll (25') of plastic "gimp" underneath one of the bunk bottoms in our new Sprinter TT. Made a very noticeable bulge in the thin Luan and I had to remove about 20 screws to get the plywood up far enough to get it out! I have had, as a result, written into the "make ready" sheet for new rigs a statement that says "all sawdust in vents, ducts, and behind light fixtures must be removed before purchase". This is usually broad enough so that random screws, pieces of wire, small tools and tie-wrap tails get vacuumed up as well!
