I saw this on Amazon and bought one on a lark. It cost $17 and is a small hanging 12V ceiling fan. The specs say it draws 6W or 0.5 amp and that is what I measured. It puts out a decent amount of air. This spring I will try it out for real and mount it from a hook over our bed to provide some breeze at night. Looks like it will work well for that.
