I currently get a Verizon 20 percent discount through my employer and it is still more than the Xfinity plan. Even with the 15 percent discount through Verizon it is still more, naturally, Xfinity.
I'm still not sold on making a switch but the more I look into it the sweeter Xfinity looks especially since they use the Verizon towers so there will be no loss of coverage.
