Perhaps I wasn’t clear; the hardware was in place; no strap would have made a difference. The wind came up under the roller tube with such force, it disengaged the cams/locks in the tube. When we first saw it in the mirrors, it was about half way billowed out. By the time we got pulled over it was all the way out and partially ripped from rail.
