Note that head lights pointed too low are an indication that Ford pointed them correctly when the chassis was bare but the weight of the coach pushed the chassis down in the front.
One poster contended that a nose down chassis attitude is why many coaches have poor handling. This can be corrected by a good alignment shop. Get it level or slightly nose up and handling will improve.
So before you adjust your headlights you may want to align the coach to its correct attitude, ie more caster.
