We bought new in 2018, 2500 on the odometer when we bought it, 18,630 on it today. We had issues with the big slide but everything was repaired under warranty at no expense to us. It took about 12 months total in the shop to get everything right but we couldn't be happier with the pulling power, floorplan, appliances, solar and especially the 2nd bathroom and laundry. We boondock, stay at public and private campgrounds and occasionally a resort. The Palazzo gives us the freedom to be contained while traveling especially during the pandemic. No regrets, money very well spent in order to keep our sanity during the California lockdowns. You cannot buy happiness but our RV comes close.
