'19 Challenger 37TB Headlights don't come on and...
When I release the parking brake and shift to Drive mode, there is a rattling sound coming from the relays under the driver's side. If I turn the light switch to on position, the rattling sound stops, but headlights don't come one. I changed the two relay switches but the issue does not go away.
