What type of caulk can I use to seal the awning leak spot? Plus, what can I use to channel the condensation to the front or rear of the RV? I'm not talking about a gutter on the sideway edge of the RV. Any suggestions?

The awning rail is not sealed to the side wall and I’d not try to seal it. Some people go to great lengths to try to channel the water to one place or another with add on gutters or beads of caulk on the roof. I think it’s much easier to adjust the position of the coach when leveling so that the drivers side and back end are lower so the run off of condensation, dew and rain will be where I want it. It does not require the coach to be noticeably off level. There will ALWAYS be a low point just choose where it is.
