As usual, Beau has the correct answer.
It is not Too late for the op.

Do as Beau says before you pick it up from this repair.
And
Do as I usually say and show up with 30 cheap deltaco Tacos and smile.

I'm a bit lost on how the black tank rinse can squirt into the rv unless you have the toilet flush valve open...and you shouldn't....
Everything else has a p trap and (I think) a one way.

And
I have a brand new, fully filled but never used 5 gallon propane tank here and it just refuses to release that fail safe internal valve.
It just won't release propane. I have another, new, used and refilled tank and it makes the most awful metal catch noise when open it from fully closed.
China may have sent some bad valves. Thor wouldn't know until you filled the tank.
(this would explain the fridge and the stove....)

Are you sure you have a heat pump?
