That’s a specific and quantifiable requirement. Like in your case, need should come first.

Fortunately, we don’t have that need. Your valid “must have” would be extra stuff serving no purpose whatsoever for us. Why should I clean, maintain, and haul extra weight for something that has no function or useful purpose at this time. Even if free, solar has negatives I may not want to deal with under present conditions.
