Not sure if you have the Class C or Class A version but I have seen that problem on a couple of the Class C's. You can try spraying some electrical contact cleaner and lubricant on the relays of the transfer switch... I know that helped a few people.
You may also just want to replace it. They are not too expensive and easy to replace.
