Pick a destination, grab your maps or use Google maps & head that general direction, don't plan XXX miles per day, just go enjoy the ride & see the sights along the way.
If you're in a class C any kind height or weight restrictions should not be a problem.
Not sure about anyone else, but we enjoyed Crazy Horse monument more than Mt Rushmore, Rushmore is very impressive but a huge tourist trap, CH is/was a work in progress, less people & you could get up close.
Hope all this pandemic nonsense gets over with soon, if not it's doubtful you'd get into any of those attractions.
