So after talking to everyone dealer Thor - RV Tech with my extended warranty
Noone could figure out how to get to the slide screen on panel it was frozen
I decided to use my Computer Degree and Took power and battery off completely waited a few min and powered up and put batteries back on
and IT WORKED When in doubt REBOOT the RV
Merry Christmas !!! Saved myself hundereds on trying to get a remote RV tech to me
Hopefully this hint will help others !
