If you're just looking for a direct replacement, it's a direct replacement and nothing will be accomplished other than expense and labor.

I would like atleast 20% improvement in ride. I have already changed Roadmaster rear sway bars and roadmaster stearing stabilizer that has improved my sway problem. now I am looking to improve ride.
