Battery charger/converter location

I believe my original 7 yr old converter in my 2014 Thor Challenger has gone bad. We are staying at a 50amp hookup campground and have been here several weeks. My battery voltage had been steadily dropping and is now 11.6. No charging via the installed converter is obviously happening. I temporarily hooked up my 400w portable solar System and quickly got the voltage up to 12.5 in a few hours. I absolutely CANNOT FIND the converter. Not under my bed or anywhere in my exterior storage. I have removed little panels all inside the coach and still cannot find it. I know it has two small fuses and I hope one is blown which could restore charging. Please help if you have any ideas where it might be.
