Most likely it is the PEX pipes banging against something as the pump “pulses” in its normal operation. I’d start by running the pump while moving through the coach to find where the noise is the loudest. Since it’s plumbing related there will be a pipe nearby. Find a way to reach it and see if grabbing it doesn’t quiet things down. If you are able to find an offending pipe either zip tie it to something or slip some pipe insulation over it.
