Also, just appears to have spring a propane leak...the tank was empty, just filled it up and I can definitely smell it at the tank side of the coach...can't ear anything though…any clues?...

Take the cover off the tank and check the regulator
They have a tendency to work loose.
Mine you could only smell once in a while.
Tighten it and took care of the problem.
