In our new 2021 Thor Gemini 23TW, I have experienced some issues with the controller and the RVMaster app.

Everything worked fine until I connected the tablet to the internet. I pulled down some updates including a new version of RVMaster. It may have updated firmware on the control module too. Now I can no longer turn off the generator from within the app. It says shutting down, and then goes back to running. I have the app on my phone too. I get the same response. I cannot shut off the generator from the bluetooth controller down by the bed either. I have to go ouside and shut off the generator manually.

I have also noticed that the the build it android controller cannot be ungraded to a newer android version. The downside to this is that I cannot install the windgaurd connect app. I would love to see what kind of tablet this is, in the hope of maybe upgrading that to something better that would fit in it's place.

I have reached out to Thor via their website and BMPRO and have yet to hear anything back.

The app cannot be rolled back, dispite me being able to download older APKs. It immediatly tells me to update. I have not cleared the cache.

Any adivce would be appreciated.
