Thanks Dave. In a way, you might have helped me. I know it's a long shot, but I will put the app on one of our apple devices and see if that makes a difference. I know that there is only a certain number of devices that the RV controller can pair to, so if that fails, I might just wipe everything out and start again from scratch.

I hope to hear back from either Thor or BMPRO next week. They're probably on holidays.
