Traveler Conversion from Directv to Dish service
I have a 2021 Venetian being built. It comes with a traveler antenna and Directv set up. I want to convert it to Dish so I can use my existing service and monthly pay as you go. Winegard says I have to change the antenna arm and LNB and do an electronic setup in the interface box inside the coach. Dealer says the job can be done by moving dip switches. Anyone tried this before? I think I have to do what Winegard said. I believe dip switches are used on dome type antennas not the traveler.
