I have only run into one R V Campground that only offered 50 amp service at Loretta Lynn's R V Campground in Tennessee which was in the summer of 2019. At check in they told me all of their sites were 50 amp and since I had 30 amp, they offered to either rent me a 50 to 30 dog bone for $4.00 per day or I could buy a brand new adapter from them. I always carry a 50 to 30 dog bone just in case the 30 amp at the pedestal is faulty or not working.
