Noticed one difference between Hurricane and Windsport. From 360 degree views, Hurricane has vents on floor, and windsport does not. Is this true?

I did not see an exhaust fan above cooktop. Is there one below the microwave? is the exhaust fan, if any, push smell outside, or just internal circulation?

For 29M, is there a place to store a portable washer with spinner? one like this:
