Not so simple.
If properly winterized the Water Heater is bypassed and empty. Water lines are full of antifreeze or air. If you turned on the electric element it is burned out. To use hot water you must DEwinterize. Flush out antifreeze if used in all the water lines. Change the WH bypass valves to fill waterlines and Water tank. YouTube is your friend.
