I think the soft floor problem is in all RV showers. I also have it and my solution is to install a wooden or fiberglass platform that sits on the bottom of the shower and remove it when finished to let dry. You can buy already made teak ones but are very expensive or just make your own with pine or cedar slats screwed and glued together and sealed with varnish or uerathane. The platform spreads your weight over a larger area. I have not started the project yet but will post pics when I am done. ( I wanted to use old hockey sticks cut to size but got the `Not in my shower refusal`)
