Electric “grill”

We bought the O Grill and happily used it a few times...until I discovered all the “drippings” that stay beneath the grate. Never been the family griller so didn’t piece together that we’re storing all that nastiness inside our storage cubbie unless the grill bottom is thoroughly wiped out each trip...not a job I want. Planning to try the Power XL Smokeless grill/griddle (not air fryer) next time out, though it’s understood that flavor will be lacking. The grill plate is large for 2 people so want to experiment with “grilling” a protein and a vegetable at the same time, whether on the grate or the griddle, like hot dogs plus tots on grate, or steak plus broccoli on grate, chops plus baked beans in a small pan (or 1/4 sheet pan) on grate. Anyone tried this? Breakfast, or burgers and hash brown patties on the griddle attachment will be easy. I have already purchased the XL, have tried a few things, and am optimistic that I can “create” meals. Have also watched YouTube videos...also carry a slow cooker, a 12 inch electric fry pan, toaster, pots/pans, and a hot plate.
