Our salesman tried for a couple of hours to contact carfax with almost NO luck, he did manage to find 1 phone # answered by a fax machine, faxes were sent no response.
I tried for several hours the next day %#&@ as far as I know carfax STILL has NO published # or any way to dispute their claim.
When a salesman offers us a carfax, I calmly reply "sure" when it shows up I turn away
WIPE my BUTT turn around and offer it back.
